My husbands computer crashed and we took it into a PC repair shop to do a recovery of data. When we got it back, Windows Live was no longer on computer, so we downloaded Windows Essentials to get Window Live back. When he went into sign in to Windows Live, his account was not recognized. We have tried to retrieve the account but to no success. Is there any suggestions on what we should do to get the email account back????
