Windows 8, Windows Live Email

I created a "favorites" which includes several email addresses when sending on some emails.  The problem is that sometimes this option will not work and a note pops up saying "unable to send with out a destination address" or such.  Adding an address will work, but that is not what I want to do.  In order to overcome this problem requires a restart.  Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, have you found a way to correct it?  Windows Live really is not a good program but it allowed me to import my data from Outlook Express.  Thanks for any help on this problem.
