My Windows Live mail is giving me big trouble. Recently some of my local folders have changed the email content in two of my folder, the first one some 2 moths ago and now the second one some week ago, so that all email in these two local folder has transformed into one email. That is 2 of my folders now contain copies of one identical mail sent several months ago. Everything in the heading (sender, date, heading) looks fine but when I open any of them every single mail  shows one identical mail (with a small PDF attachment) sent to me on 2015-11-05.

How can this be possible and how can I retreive the orginal mail. 

Sincerely hope someone can help me get out of this mess since I really need the content of these mail (for an official project evaluation) !
