My client is currently using Windows live mail 2012, he purchased a new printer it is an Epson Expression Home XP440 Wireless All-In-One Printer.  When he signs in he is having trouble loading his emails, he does have a Hotmail account. He was able to scan from his scanner to his live mail email account and now he wasn't able to receive anything. We bought a new scanner it is an Epson Expression Home XP440 Wireless AllInOne Printer and now when we try to send an email I get error messages.
