I have been using Windows Live 2011 and 2012 for a long time on many computers. I have been using it on a Dell Latitude E7440 for a month or two now and just ran into a problem. When I click on an e-mail the email does not pop up into a new window where I can read, reply or delete the mail. The e-mail shows up in the reading pane, it shows on the task bar as open, but I cannot move over to it.  I have now unistalled 2011 and installed 2012 and same exact issue.  I have never seen this before and it is making Live Mail totally useless.

Any ideas???
