My Windows live 2012 Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3564.1216),  Windows 10, stopped seeing available incoming email at the end of April 2016. It says it checks the email using send and receive and than says no new emails. Before it picked up and delivered to this app. I use it as a separate app for my live.com emails. I do not wish to use Outlook 2013 for this email. I can send email to the @live.com account from outlook and receive it on phone app. Before April 2016 to came to both apps.
