I have Windows Live 2011 installed on an older computer and just downloaded the Windows Live 2012 version for a new computer I am moving to.

My accounting software requires a MAPI compliant email client to be able to send invoices etc via email direct from the program (Sage 50).

Looking at the documentation it states that Windows Live 32 bit version is compliant, and when you go into program properties, you have to make sure sending via MAPI is checked (and when I check the box is auto checked with no opportunity to either check or uncheck it).

So, can anyone help to tell me how to check to see if the version I am using is the 32 bit version and is there anyone else out there using Sage 50 Accounting software and being able to successfully send email invoices directly from SAGE using Windows Live as your email client.

I also heard that Outlook 2013 is NOT MAPI compliant?  Anyone confirm that before I go to the bother to install.
