Hi!  Can anybody help me please.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10.  This was done by a Microsoft level 2 Tech Assistant.

At the same time he removed my Windows Live Essential 11 programme and download Windows Live 12.  However I have lost all the messages in the 11 Inbox folder and in my storage folders.  How can I get these back please.
