Win 10 64 bit --IE.11

IE.11 is set as my Default Browser, as is WLM, is my Default Mailhandler.

However I can only send Link by Email from the IE. 11 Page, or File Menu,

by trying to send Page by Email, there is a flicker like it is trying to open, but nothing happens,

thank you for any Help.

I have reset IE.11, according to Instructions given, but am experiencing the same Problems as above.
