Hi, I had a full head of hair until I 'upgraded' to Windows 10. The problem is that in the process I lost Windows Essentials and its associated programs e.g. movie maker, live mail etc. I have tried reinstalling, also going back to Windows 7 without success. I then reinstalled Windows 10 still no joy. Windows 10 is not fully functioning either. When I try to install WE I get two error messages:0x80040609 and 0x80070643. Firewall is on. The help clicks are no help.

I've kicked it punched it and even offered it a gin and tonic (which I drank myself). Please help before I take a sledgehammer to my pc!
