Whenever I open Windows Live Mail it puts up the Account Control box asking if I want Essentials to change the Hard drive??

This only just started after a windows update!!

How can I stop it.

If not can I get Outlook Express for Windows 8.1.

Since Windows 8.1 I have also lost the ability to right click on the desktop without a 2 - 3 minute delay??
