Hi,

 

Please try the following steps and if successful, try to launch any Windows Essential program like Messenger.

 

1. Press Windows + R

2. Input wlstartup.exe.

3. Check all the boxes.

4. Sign in youraccount.

 

Wait for the system to recognize your account and try to launch Messenger

 

Please inform us if the issue still persists.

I tried this fix but I get the save message when I input wlstartup.exe.
