<Original Title: Preparing to Install>

My Acer is stuck on "preparing to install" Windows Essentials OR Movie Maker (which is what I need to make my school dvd).  I get no error messages.  I have 8.1.  I'd love to talk to someone because I know just enough to be dangerous! :-)  But not enough to fix problems I might create.
