Hi - I have just acquired a new Win 10 laptop and wanted to install Windows Live Mail as I have a lot of historic emails I need to refer to. I think it is a great program to keep emails offline. 

I understand Essentials works on Win 10 OK, so I downloaded the small installer file. However when running that (even as administrator) it just shows a box "preparing to install..." but nothing happens. I have left it for hours but it goes no further.

Does anyone have suggestions?
