I have been trying to reinstall Photo Gallery after Windows 8.1 update but get the following error message (screen shot attached). Tried all of the suggestions from the forums and none works.  Error message appears after 99%. Photo Gallery worked until the upgrade. My PC specs are (screen shot attached). Any new suggestions would help.
