I have a new HP all in one computer and I added my comcast email account.  I was using Live Mail on the old computer and want to export all contact and email folders to the new computer.  If I am reading the new computer correctly I think it has Windows Essentials but I don't know how to access it and if this is the same as Live Mail just a newer version.  If someone could direct me on how to access the email system and set this up I would appreciate the help.  The tutorials I found online have not helped.  Thanks.
