I have Windows Defenders listed as an item on my desk top but when I check, I am advised it has been turned off.   This has happened both on my home computer and the laptop.   When I try to have it turned on, it starts but a reply comes back:   ERROR:    Code  0x800705b4

NOT VERY GOOD WTIH COMPUTERS SO IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE TRY TO GIVE ME SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.        ''THANKS''
