I have installed Windows 7 64 bit and have Intel i7 Processor PC.  I have also installed Anti Virus Net Protector 2014.  The Anti virus technician informed that Microsoft Security Essentials  will create conflict and therefore uninstalled the same.  Immediately my Windows Defender stopped functioning. It shows Error code 0x80070003.  I want to reinstall Windows Defender.  How to go about the same.
