I am trying to turn on the .NET Framework 3.5 under Windows Features so that I can use Windows Move Maker on Windows 8 Pro x64.

Each time is has a think and then says displays this message:  (0x80071A30)

Ive also tried to use the disc to enable 3.5 but that same thing will happen.

I have no idea what is wrong or what I can do about this..... any help? I only wanted to make a short video of a holiday.  :/
