Hi

I am using Windows 8 photo gallery (and can also use Adobe PSE 11) for photos which I then need to upload to a community website.

However, it only takes images up to 4MB. 

Is there an easy way to resize the images please? and make them measure less than 4 MB.

 I have searched the boards but have not yet found an answer for this particular problem.
