I am experiencing the same problem as many other hotmail users.  Once I changed my Win 8 login, my hotmail account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, has been deleted.  I need that account as it has all my data.  THIS IS THE 3rd TIME I'VE REQUESTED ASSISTANCE.
