Family safety seems to be working

- Blocks adult sites as configured

- Allows specific URLs (high school learning portal)

But, it blocks downloads

- Links on the school learning portal, which are essentially MS Word documents

- Even though I have UNTICKED the "Block File Downloads" tick box

Any ideas guys?
