When I try to sign in to Windows 8 I get an error message saying "The user ID you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your user ID correctly".  The account I am trying to access is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  This has occurred after I started using the Windows 8 Mail App and I created a new account.  (i.e. the one I am using now: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***).  I tried to remove *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the primary account in my Mail App (outoook.com).  Whenever I go to My Store or to Mail, it presents my old username: scottbiehler@comcast and when I enter my password it does not recognize the account. 

I tried going to Live.com and entering my username:  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  and password  and I get the same error message.

 How can I access my account?
