I have been having this problem for a few months. Whenever I try to open an app on my pc such as "Photos" or "Weather" etc the app will open for a brief second and will crash. It will not let me use any of these apps. I have tried copying and pasting some sort of code from google which has been said to fix the problem (on the command prompt) however it has not worked. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
