2015-July.  Just recently went to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7.  Created a Video using Windows Movie Maker - but cannot burn to a DVD.  After spending a WHOLE EVENING trying, I see (from other disgruntled posts) that Microsoft took out Windows DVD Burner -- it's 2015 now - has Microsoft corrected this gross oversight?    Soooo disgusted.....

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!!!!
