hi i am using windows 7 photo viewer to print photos but the photos are printing and looking like a negative picture colours mixed up .

if i use photo shop cs6 to print photos are fine when using photo shop or printer colour profiles . while this is not a problem for me it is for my wife as any one have any ideas.
