My moviemaker can't start intermittently. I was working on a project. Went well without hiccups, but suddenly it can't start. The dialog box message says to check system requirements. The system requirements says 2.4Ghz (Single processor), but it doesn't give specifics for dual-core. Please help. 

I have Intel Core2 Duo CPU 1.67 Ghz. Is this sufficient? I have 2GB ram, and DDI version 10. Additionally, when I was working on the projects the videos and some photos did appear to be slightly blurry, not sharp as they should be. Is this something to do with insufficient Processor speed?
