Using Windows 7 Version 2012 of Movie Maker

I am trying to start the songs I want at certain parts. Like instead of starting the song at the beginning I want to start it 32 seconds in. I also want to end it at 56 seconds in. How do I cut audio like I can the videos?

I am putting a few songs in so After the part of song 1 plays I am wanting to use another song that I cut. 

Can I do this? If so, how?
