First attempts at using a forum

When attempting to log in to Live Mail in my E Mail a message is received that I have to be on line even though I am on line.

The following instructions about signing in off line and then going on line just do not make sense.

This impasse has completely stopped my facility for attaching photographs to EMails.

For the sake of obtaining more information about me Microsoft have left me without an important function and left no avenue for obtaining support other than trawling through hundreds of other peoples problems so apologies if this has been all covered before
