I am unable to send a new email or a response to a received email.  Had a problem receiving emails in duplicates and over and over after deleting them.  Contacted Live Mail, tech fixed that problem but now cannot send an email.  Error ID is Windows Live Mail 0x800CCC78.  Any suggestions?
