Upgraded from Win7 to Win8 last year and never had problem with Outlook until recently. With Win7 I can access

everything in the folders. However, when I use Win8  Mail tile the  contents in the  first 5 folders is not available.

(Inbox-Draft-Outbox-Junk-Deleted). The following appears on top of screen - Unable to Sync.    Am not very

technical and would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
