My Ipad holds all my photos (old laptop died and backup didn't work- ugh!).  I can't get Windows 10 Photo to let me import.  It is acting like my Ipad is not plugged in or is locked when it IS plugged in and it is UNLOCKED.  It keeps giving me a button to "try again" when I push import photos from the upper right corner of Photo
