I recently up-graded to Windows 10 which seems to have "switched off" my Hotmail account being received by Windows Live Mail ... the Windows Live Mail is working all right. I keep getting the following message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co (les.scarth) account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

Does anyone know what this means and how to overcome the problem?
