I have the current Windows 10 and am using photo viewer to look at JPG files.  When I rotate a JPG file to get it correct side up, then move onto another JPG image,   when I back into the previously rotated file, the upside down image still is there.   Thus I try to rotate it again, and find that the image actually was rotated causing me issues with redoing the rotation multiple times.   Does Microsoft have a fix for this obvious caching issue?
