Windows 10 Photo Gallery will not run on my Windows 10 Home (Version 1511, Build 10586.494) desktop PC.  I got the answer that I needed to install Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition.  I went to www.microsoft.com and downloaded and installed the software and rebooted.  I still get the same message!!  I am running Windows 10 on a machine with 16GB RAM and an AMD A10-G6800K enhanced quadcore CPU with Radeon Graphics.

After getting the message telling me I need the SQL server, if I click on "Go to Download Center" I then get an error message which disappears too quickly for me to read the error code!  Photo Gallery closes.

Please advise what I can do to get Photo Gallery to run on my PC.  I DO have Windows Essentials 2012 previously installed on the machine (version 16.4.3528.0331).
