My W10 Photo Galley is not working correctly, It wont read photos for screensaver use. I even got a message that I needed to reinstall.

Trouble I am having is 1) I don't know how, and 2) It is outdated, and maybe corrupt.  Seems to be  unavailable to download.

All I want to know is how to reinstall or what I need to do to fix, but I've already spent hours on the phone with no results, except a couple referrals to paid support services. I just bought the computer last year from Best Buy,( Its still under warranty.) wonder why they sell with outdated programs.... but anyway,Any fix it suggestions from the community?
