So I have a Toshiba laptop and updated from Windows 8 to Windows 10, and I do YouTube videos, but for some reason, when I try to add clips or videos from my phone or from YouTube, they either stay black with only audio, or have a yellow error triangle that say they're corrupted. I looked up everything on how to videos and called Microsoft at one point, but still nothing. I really need help. Can someone please help me? :(
