Versions: Windows 10, Movie Maker 2011 (build 15.4.3555.0308)

Trying to open and edit a mp4 video taken on a camera.

Windows Media Player will play the video.

Windows Movie Maker does not recognize the format. 

Reviewing previous questions for the same issue directed me to try the Microsoft FixIt tool for codecs and Media Info, neither of which support Windows 10. 

Any assistance is appreciated.
