I have outlook (hotmail) and I basically use Windows Live Mail on my computer.  It all works perfectly and it synchs with each other and with my Iphone however, now Microsoft informs me that they are doing away with Windows Live mail (why would they keep something that actually works) as it will not synch with their new improved Outlook (does not look improved to me).  I have an msn premium email address for which I pay monthly and nothing on MSN works anymore.  This all had me baffled.  I need an email program that does not limit the desktop to pages like outlook does.  I downloaded the mail app as Microsoft instructed but like others, only new mail is going into it.  My folders are all empty.  I have no idea what to do and the language all the advisors are giving makes no sense to me.  Can anyone help??????
