I am using hotmail and had sync problems in my windows 10 mail app. I have deleted my account and set-up again in the automatic way. Now I am getting, when trying to sinc, the following message: "something went wrong, can not make connection with m.hotmail.com, control your connection and try again. error code 0x80072efd. Maybe the server is down but I have no idea. I have access to my email when logging in to hotmail through my browser. Anyone have an idea what the cause might be?
