I am trying to edit using Windows10 Live Movie Maker. I've done this before but it is no longer working. I see the Video Split icon in the tool bar, but it is not lit up ( activated). It doesn't show when I right click either and the M keyboard short cut doesn't work either.

I've tried opening my project form the desktop and also from the program through open. I've also tried creating New files and have the same problem.

Can you tell me what the problem is?
