I few days ago my email just started downloading thousands of emails so the box in the middle of my screen gave me the option to stop so I did and everything seemed to work fine and God only knows where those emails went but I didn't see them.  I was happy temporary until I noticed the icon for my Live email at the top of my page has what looks like a gold colored arrow with a gold or sometimes looks red envelope in between ....what does this mean? my symbol never looked like this before so I am thinking it has something to do with all those emails I stopped from downloading. What do I need to do to fix this situation so everything goes back to normal? I also noticed at that time whenever I went to delete an email sometimes two would get deleted ( the one I wanted deleted and the one below it) what's that all about.  I will say before all this happened Microsoft did a Windows 10 update like they always do and sometimes they mess things up could this be because of this update?  How do I get them to fix it if so?  Thank you so much in advance for your kind help as always.

One more thing I also have problems with all my programs print being so very small since this happened, I feel the two problems are connected but who knows.  Thank you again in advance.
