I have new laptop bought with windows 8 but upgraded to windows 10 before any data was put on it. Windows 10 apps do not seem to have a facility like live photo gallery to allow import, editing  and collation of photos. Can I download Photo gallery for Windows 8.1 and use it as on my old vista laptop? The same aplies to Moviemaker.
