I've been using Movie Maker version 2012 (build 16.4.3528.0331) on my Surface Pro 2 with Windows 8.1 without any problems. I just upgraded to Windows 10 and when I play *.mts files in Movie Make the right half of the video playback window is jittery. These are the same *.mts files that just a few days ago played fine in Movie Maker with Windows 8.1. There is no problem playing *.avi, or *.mpg, or *.mov files in Movie Maker with Windows 10, just *.mts files which played perfectly in Movie Maker with Windows 8.1. What is wrong with Windows 10 and how do I fix it?
