Movie Maker does not work on Windows 10. I have installed Essentials 2012, tried to repair, removed it completely and re-installed. But stiill it won't work. I have tied both to start the program and to open a .MOV file with Movie Maker. The same thing happens in both cases: The round blue "wait"-cursor shows up for about 3 seconds and then disappears.
