Hi

i recently gotten a new camera and i filmed a video ans i tried to upload it to window movie maker and then it says that it is preparing the files so they can be easier to edit but all of a sudden it says the transcoder stopped working. the codec is .MOV and it should be compatible with movie maker so i dont know why it is like this!
