I have window 10 with window Essentials 2012  

When I click on Compose, a box comes up:    Window Live Mail   With triangle yellow with black exclamation point    A problem occurred while trying to open this message.   A problem has occurred. Please try again.    button OK  

I don't know why I have that error   I tried again and again   Same results  

Can someone help me?
