I get frequently locked out of my email account.  When I initially try to open my email account I get the Sign In to Windows Live Mail box and if I click on the Sign In box it tells me I'm locked out because I've tried to sign in too many times using an incorrect email address.......  I've learned to just click cancel instead when I get the Sign In box and usually this gets me into my email and it works fine.  Unfortunately, today when I hit cancel and get into my email, I am unable to send or receive messages. There are also subaccounts associated with my email, my spouse and kids.  A test email from the main account to my spouse went through ok, but I can't send anything from a subaccount to the main account, and nothing with any attachment will be sent.  I have performed all these functions in the past without trouble, other than the nuisance of the initial Sign In block when I first get on sometimes, that I work around by hitting cancel.   When I tried to send emails I got following message today:

Delete the photo email, create a new one, and try to send it again.

Server: 'smtp-server.rochester.rr.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8CCC0002
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No

Can you tell me what the problem is here!?
