Window Live Mail show the errors as follows:

ERROR ID: 0x80004005

Following steps & actions was taken (see below) to solve the problems (Cannot receive/send email) of window live mail but was unsuccessfully and same Errors appeared:

(1) Service Provider reconfigured the configuration

(2) Repaired Live Mail program 

(3) Uninstalled and Installed new Live Mail Program

(4) On & off Internet Modem via Telephone line

(5) Set up new Live Mail Account

(6) Computer is NOT installed with Anti-virus prgram

Note:

However, the new installed Thunderbird Email Program is able to receive/send Email without any problems but Live Mail cannot.
