My previous window is vista...which I was using the window live to receive pop3 mail. 

I bought a new labtop with window 8.1....can not able to find window live mail on the program app. Tried to click the window live, window mail inside the program file...it is not working.

Tried to download 2012 window essential. it should the program is already inside my window....but can not open.

Tried to close my anti-virus before opening the 2012 window essential, still not working.

summary:-

1.checked with my mail services provider that we need to contact window to get the window live, window mail. Then we can only keep using their service.

2.contact window, hk office on phone. send the question yesterday friday noon time as per instructions. They said their technican will reply within 1 to 8 hours. 1 day has paaed No reply so far.

we cannot receive mails through window mail as usual which create big problem for us.
